    My album is finally out peoples! thank you so much to everybody who has picked it up. it feels like a lifetime of waiting to finally have this out on the shelves. i wanna thank my label Atlantic records who have been working like slaves. I also wanna thank all the radio stations who have been supporting me from the get go Right now i'm in Michigan. Last night i kicked off the first date with Maxwell. It was as amazing as i thought. And ladies...he does look as good as he sounds :) We're going all over with this tour. The Essence festival is gonna be crazy i'm gonna be on the main stage...exciting! i brought my mam out last wk. It was so funny everywhere we went people ended up calling here mama Izzy, she's becoming a little supastar! :-) love that women. Been on the phone all morning doing phoners, on a little break now and thought i'd say hey and catch up with you all. So much good stuff and blessings in my life right now i am so blessed. Thank you for all your comments, love and support you guys give me everyday. Love izzy

"Izzy" you're truly amazing! I just happened to catch you in a copy of Jet and decided to check out your site to hear a few songs...WOW!!! I will be downloading the album onto my IPOD. What a voice, what a style...you're here to stay!!:0) You remind me of Alicia Keys, but no mistake..YOU OWN YOUR TUNES. A female version of Maxwell...in a "class" of your own. I remember about 9 years ago when I seen Maxwell in Grand Rapids. Alicia Keyes opened up for him. Well ..I seen you last night and ggiiirrrll you were jammin. Your voice is amazing. Watch out here you come!!
